First Post Natal run

Almost 12 weeks post natal and 7 months since my last run, I went out for a little walk/run on Christmas day. A lot of work still to be done and feel like I'm starting from scratch. Core and pelvic floor still need work. Looking forward to slowly building up in 2020. For the moment I will just enjoy running, not thinking about a PB or anything for the moment!
.
The general advice from women's health physio's is now is to leave 16 weeks post natal to get back to running, and in that time to focus on strength & mobility rehab on the pelvic floor, lower body & core.
